Created in 2010, Assist’Famille Formation is a centre specialising in training for personal care professions. The centre contributes to the professional integration of people excluded from work through training. It also accompanies RSA (Revenu de Solidarité active) beneficiaries in the development of their professional project.
The centre has just been awarded the Empl’itude label, the first regional CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) label.
Its educational offers:
- CAP Early Childhood and Construction Caretaker;
- Title of Family Life Assistant, partial and modular course;
- Assistance in the creation of the registration file for nursing assistant training;
- Literacy – French, a foreign language.
ASSIST’FAMILLE FORMATION’s areas of expertise are early childhood services and personal services.
Its success rate of almost 100% in each area demonstrates the quality of its training. Furthermore, the training centre makes it a point of honour to support each person individually.
ASSIST’FAMILLE FORMATION provides training for those who wish to train in SAP professions. The centre attaches importance to the inclusion of people who are far from employment, taking into account the social issues that can be an obstacle to the success of their training.
Through its training in the SAP professions, the centre raises its trainees’ awareness of ecology through training in the manufacture of non-toxic products. In addition, the training that the centre provides includes modules in which child protection and the protection of vulnerable persons is addressed.
